May and June
Wolves, grizzlies and the spring birthing season- May and June,
is the birthing season for many of our large mammals like elk,
moose, bison, mule deer, pronghorn and more. It is also the
best time of year to view grizzly bears and wolves as they emerge
from a long winter and are on the move searching for food. This
safari typically produces multiple grizzly and wolf sightings.
Excitement and drama abound as nature in its wildest unfolds
right before your very eyes. It is for many the most powerful
wildlife experience in North America and a must do for any serious
wildlife enthusiast. Warning: The Spring safaris will overwhelm
your senses and has been known to be highly addictive to those

Fall
Elk Bugling & Predator Safari
September and October
September and October bring us to the Fall mating season as well
as cooler weather, which brings about an overall increase in wildlife
activity. The thrill of bugling elk and the determination of bull
Shiras Moose headline a time of beautiful fall colors and spectacular
fall weather. Summertime temperatures and crowds are gone and a
new sense of urgency beset our wildlife as they prepare for winter.
It is the best time of year to view elk, moose and mule deer with
the male proudly showing off magnificent antlers. Grizzly bears
make their way back down from their summer season in the high country
and are voraciously searching for food before winter. Each season
has its wonders, but once you experience Fall in Yellowstone and
the Tetons, it gets in your blood and you will forever be hooked.
